Some time ago Gili came to speak with us at our place of work, Payoneer, about Yael.
It was a touching and moving experience. When the video was played of the funeral procession to the kibbutz, i do not think that there was a dry eye in the room.
But aside from that, with all that you shared about Yael, even with my broken Hebrew, it was easy to see what a wonderful, young woman Yael was.
Our country and the world, is a better place for having Yael in it.
May you all find comfort in her memory.
May you all be blessed with, only, good things.
May Yael’s memory be a blessing.

I know it’s must be hard for you this lost, so sad that I probably couldn’t understand.
He was a part of your hart that lost.
But I’m sure that if I knew him I am sure he was part in my hart to.

Hi my name is liat Weiss and I’m apart of JLIC in herzliya and moved to Israel from Cleveland Ohio after high school, for seminary, to draft, for life. I heard Justin Galitzer talk about Omer when we went the week of October 7 2024 to visit his cemetery. I was moved but Omer and invited Justin who was joined by Dani and Zev to speak last night at our yom hazikaron Tekes where our entire community got to learn about Omer and I got to hear more about your special son. Right now I’m sitting at his grave and it’s completely full of flowers, his be kind stickers and bracelets and memorabilia. Sending so much love and comfort, Omer will always be a true hero.

I hope you find some comfort knowing we will never forget valeri, a hero to all Israel and all Jews around the world. I remember seeing when he was killed and I cried because I felt your pain, so today I mourn with you and remember him by your side, from London. I send you comfort and love and much strength, the family of our fallen hero.

Our hero. Everyday I think about Nathanel and it doesn’t get any easier, but we remember him as an awesome hero and will never forget his sacrifice. I didn’t know him well, only from around and occasionally saw/ spoke to him, but he was always a kind person and someone I will forever remember as a pure soul. Sending love and comfort from London. May his neshama have an aliya to the highest level of gan Eden, which I’m sure he is already in, but even higher and higher.
