I am so sorry for the loss of your beloved son, brother and partner. In reading with bio I get the impression that I too would have loved his spirit and energy. I hope that his memory is forever blessed and that loving and warm memories of this diehard Hapoel fan can replace the anguish and loss soon.

Today in school netivot hatorah the school that you went to I learned about you and other fallen soldiers in the IDF. Your strength and bravery made an impact not only to me but also am Israel. To Yairs parents– I’m so sorry you had to go through the falling of your son. but his strength and help for am Israel is so important to me and my family and the school and world. I keep trying to think about how we would feel if we lost our son in a horific battle like this one. Please know that you are not forgotten.

Your Shay sounds like a hero, like so many in the IDF. I am so sorry that war keeps wonderful men like Shay busy protecting Israel instead of enjoying the beauty of life.
