Dear family of Major Yair Zloof,

Yair was very special to all of Klal Yisrael. He became a doctor so that he could help wounded soldiers. I’m sorry for your loss. Please understand something. The reason I found this place to write a letter to you is because I was looking up information about Yair online. I am an administrator on a what’s app group that advocates for Jews and the State of Israel. Each day we start with a dedication to a soldier who has been killed. Unfortunately, there are many to choose from and I chose to write about Yair. There are hundreds of people from all different places that will be reading about Yair on our what’s app on Thursday, October 24, 2025. I promise that I am writing something that will remind everyone not only about his death, but also about the full life that he lived. We are not letting Yair to be forgotten!
