Our names are MaryAnne and Joel Spinner. We live in Chicago USA and are supporters of the soldiers of the IDF through an organization called FIDF (Friends of the IDF). Although you do not know us, we have seen the photo of your beautiful son and have read of his courage. Please know that we are thinking of you and wish your family all the best in his blessed memory. It is because of brave soldiers like Daniel that Israel stays strong and protects us all. We know that nothing can replace the hole in your hearts without him, but know that you are not alone in honoring his memory. May his children grow up to know what a hero Daniel was, and still is.
