Tragedy struck on Nov. 6 2023, when a 16-year-old terrorist viciously attacked Sgt. Rose Lubin, an IDF Lone Soldier from Atlanta, while she was on duty in Jerusalem. Rose touched hearts in the FIDF community with her presence at the Atlanta Annual Celebration earlier that year. With pride, she shared her unit’s motto: “Generations dreamed of arriving in Jerusalem, and we have the honor of protecting her.”
