Young Leadership Launches FIDF YL Affinity Groups

FIDF Young Leadership (YL) is dedicated to building a strong, supportive, and empowering community for young professionals who stand with Israel and her defenders. To help deepen connections and grow impact, YL is expanding its network into industry-specific groups—making it easier than ever for young leaders to connect with peers in their field.   

Through YL Affinity Groups, young professionals can expand their networks, grow alongside like-minded peers, and engage meaningfully with FIDF’s mission of supporting the brave men and women of the IDF.   

Whether in finance, real estate, law, or tech, YL Affinity Groups offer unique opportunities to build relationships within industries, connect with others who share values, and receive mentorship from leading professionals already involved with FIDF.

So far this year, YL affinity groups have hosted high-profile and impactful events, including: 

• A conversation with Barry Sternlicht, Chairman & CEO of Starwood Capital Group in Miami. This event brought together young professionals in real estate for an exclusive opportunity to hear insights from one of the industry’s most influential figures.
• A Financial Services Panel in New York City. This event featured Natti Ginor, Managing Director, Head of Israel Investment Banking at Jefferies, Lior Prosor, Co-Founder & General Partner at Hanaco Ventures, and Daniel Frankenstein, Co-Founder & General Partner at Joule Ventures. We heard about their experiences of investing in Israel’s growing market, offering valuable networking and learning opportunities for attendees.
