COVID-19 REGULATIONS: You agree to comply with all health laws and regulations of the countries you are entering. You agree that FIDF shall have no liability for medical costs you may incur. Mission participants must secure their own health insurance, and Israel requires your insurance policy to specifically mention Covid-19 coverage and the name of the insured. Travel applications may be denied by the Israeli government without this.

*Please note your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your departure date from Israel.
**Those in possession of Israeli passports are subject to VAT on accommodations. Israeli law requires Israeli passport holders enter Israel using their Israeli passport even with dual citizenship.

 

MISSION PACKAGE: FIDF RIDE ISRAEL – NOV 11 – 17TH, 2022

FIDF RIDE ISRAEL includes:

7 nights of accommodations and daily kosher meals; nutrition during rest stops; support vehicles during ride with mechanic; additional escort vehicle for rest; bus transfers; tour guide; maps and handouts, all entry fees and nightly programs; gratuity for crew; FIDF cycling jersey and water bottle.
All costs listed are in USD. The trip is not tax-deductible.

 

Package DOES NOT include:

Air travel and transportation to and from the airport, airfare transportation between point of origin and airport of departure; airport taxes; customs and immigration fees; passports & visa fees; health insurance; travel and baggage insurance (highly recommended), and other personal fees unrelated to the tour (i.e. alcoholic beverages during meals, laundry, mini bar, valet services, cables, phone calls, postages, etc.) incidental costs incurred during hotel stays, including internet and alcoholic beverages; bike rental and/or bike transport and packaging.

 

Insurance:

Participants must carry health insurance to join the Ride and are responsible for all personal medical costs incurred during the Ride. Your personal insurance may not cover all expenses incurred overseas. Medicare does not cover outside the US. We strongly recommend every participant carry supplemental traveler’s insurance.

 

G2 Travel Agency Cancellation Policy:
SHOULD THE 2022 RIDE BE POSTPONED OR CANCELLED DUE TO COVID, RIDERS WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A 100% REFUND OF REGISTRATION FEE OR FULL ROLLOVER OF TO 2023.

  • Cancellation before September 1st, 2022 – no cancellation fees
  • Cancellation between September 1st, 2022 and October 1st , 2022 – charge of 25% of package rate
  • Cancellation between October 1st, 2022 and October 10th, 2022 – charge of 50% of package rate
  • Cancellation after October 10th, 2022 – Full cancellation fees
  • * Cancellation due force majeure – no cancellation fees will apply

The itinerary is subject to change for various reasons due to IDF activities, weather, security issues and any other unforeseen circumstances. The above prices include only those accommodations and activities that are listed in the itinerary.
