Organize Your Own FIDF Event

Hundreds of IDF soldiers, including members of the IDF Musical Ensemble, visit the U.S. on FIDF sponsored delegations throughout the year. These visits offer a unique opportunity for synagogues, schools, community groups, offices, and individuals to organize events involving these soldiers. Such events include parlor meetings, information sessions (“A Day in the Life of an Israeli Soldier”), concert performances, and much more. All of the visiting soldiers have a strong command of the English language and are prepared to speak to groups about their experiences.

"Hearing directly from an IDF combat officer about the importance of FIDF's programs on improving soldier morale is eye opening. What is even more extraordinary is the responsibility and maturity exhibited by such young men and women whose futures (as well as ours) are bound up in protecting the Jewish homeland. This is an interaction not to be missed."

- Terry Miller, FIDF Supporter from New York, on hosting a parlor meeting

"Our recent successful events with FIDF have further bound us to our Jewish homeland, Jewish People, and our collective Jewish soul."

- Rabbi Mitchell M. Hurvitz, FIDF Supporter from Connecticut, on hosting an IDF Ensemble Concert at his Temple
