Young Jewish leaders in Miami broke a serious sweat – for Israeli Army soldiers Sunday July 20!

The Friends of the IDF (FIDF) Young Leadership Florida Region organized a special "Sunday Shvitz" session ("shvitz" is the Yiddish word for sweat) that will turn hours of intense workouts into donations for wellbeing and educational programs that help the men and women of the IDF.

The "Sunday Shvitz" is part of an ongoing initiative to care for the wellbeing of the community while taking care of the wellbeing of Israel's soldiers. The Young Leadership Division plans to continue this important initiative by inviting the community to more fitness events in the future, including bootcamp at Barry's, yoga and Zumba classes.
