Gyms

There is nothing combat soldiers value more than a gym in their unit. It allows them to unwind from the immense pressure of their life-threatening tasks - and helps them maintain physical fitness!

FIDF understands this need and builds dozens of gym facilities for combat units on different bases. Each facility includes gym equipment, air conditioning, workout and aerobic equipment, sound equipment, SAT-TV, and water dispenser.
