Miami, FL – March 14, 2015 – The Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF) Greater Miami Young Leadership Division hosted its 13th annual White Party, a white-clad soiree to support Israel’s soldiers, with over 600 prominent guests from around the Miami area. The evening featured a vivacious live Latin band with salsa dancers, a premium open bar, and savory gourmet kosher Cuban food. Brazilian artist and Florida native Romero Britto was also on hand painting a live installation at the event.

“The FIDF White Party is regarded as one of the most electric parties of the year,” said FIDF Young Leadership Greater Miami Chapter and Palm Beach/Broward Region Program Coordinator, Lauren Masuzzo. “FIDF strives to create the best, most unique events in South Florida to honor the brave IDF soldiers who are constantly putting their lives on the line. Our hope is that people will not only have a great time, but will realize that their donations are making a huge difference.” Thanks to the wonderful leadership by Co-Presidents Adam Kayce and Jaime Mittleman a whopping $80,000 in funds were raised at the sold-out event and will go towards FIDF’s IMPACT! Scholarship Program. The FIDF Young Leadership Division currently provides 18 scholarships to former IDF combat soldiers.
